Keren-Or Amar, PhD focuses on early-stage bio and healthtech companies in Israel. She supports company evaluation, due diligence, and venture formation, and works closely with scientists and founders to connect science, people, and market opportunities. Before joining NFX, Keren-Or led commercialization and venture creation at the Hebrew University tech transfer company, translating scientific innovation into startups and strategic partnerships. She also founded and led a hospital R&D and innovation authority and managed a medical device accelerator, supporting ecosystem growth and spinout creation. Keren-Or brings a multidisciplinary academic background across life sciences, business, and law, and applies it to advancing scientific innovation into strong venture-backed companies.
