Just one year ago, we announced that Shayma Sharif was joining us as an associate. Today we are elated to share that she has been promoted to be our first Principal.
In just a short time, Shayma has quickly become a core member of our investment team. She is involved with new investments as well as working with portfolio companies both in Israel and Silicon Valley.
Shayma got her start in technology working at a startup in Israel that developed a survey platform using advanced analytics. From there, she joined Boston Consulting Group, a top management consulting firm. During her 3 year tenure at BCG, she worked closely with various companies across multiple industries including banking, agriculture, retail, and energy.
We are very excited to continue working with Shayma. We can’t wait to see Shayma’s next deals and her continued growth as a part of the NFX team.
