Jack is an analyst on the NFX Product team. After studying computer science at Vanderbilt, Jack joined Teach for America and taught high school math and statistics in Richmond, CA. Inspired by his students, Jack continued his own education by studying data science as a way to discover insights and make decisions with data.
At NFX, Jack is on the front lines of the deal review and evaluation process, reinventing how VCs make decisions with software and helping founders successfully fundraise. He aims to empower entrepreneurs to succeed and turn transformative ideas into game-changing companies.
Originally from New York, Jack has enjoyed his time in the Bay Area exploring the wonders of the West Coast. He enjoys spending time in nature on hikes and camping excursions with his mini Australian shepherd dog, Eevee. As a sports and games enthusiast, he also enjoys spending time with friends playing anything from lacrosse to Catan.
