America Online Inc. announced today that nFX Corporation will be one of several Internet and multimedia firms providing support for GNN's new Virtual Places® community. Virtual Places is GNN's Internet-wide, on-line community offering users live chat, programmed live events and interactive guided tours of the World Wide Web. GNN is an America Online company.
nFX Corporation will be supporting Virtual Places by providing Virtual Places community members with the ability to create custom, personal and professional "Avatars" to represent themselves in Virtual Places "chats." By going to the nFX Web Site, Virtual Places users will be able to create their own custom Avatars on-line, using the nFX "Living Art Server" and Cartoon-O-Matic® by simply pushing a few buttons.
